Our Mission at Inventure
Inventure Capital helps successful professionals turn the income they have created into long-term ownership of commercial real estate. Based in St. Cloud, Minnesota, our team has spent years developing, acquiring, constructing and operating real estate, and our investment partners own those assets alongside us.
Partnership goes both ways. Some of our investors eventually become more than investors: a physician may introduce us to a medical real estate opportunity, a business owner may need a new facility, or an investor may know a company looking for a development partner. Those relationships create a network where capital, opportunities and expertise come together.

Through years of acquiring, managing, and growing real estate assets, I have seen firsthand the kind of life this asset class can create.
