About Melissa
Melissa Early is an experienced commercial real estate professional with over seven years in property management and asset oversight. She currently serves as Asset Manager at Inventure Real Estate, supervising the Property Management department across 25 properties totaling more than 800,000 square feet, while also supporting investor relations and general operations.
Melissa developed her organizational and customer service skills through diverse roles, including dental and medical office transitions, project coordination for a general contractor, and managing medical office buildings with an award-winning team. She has experience supporting tenants through construction projects and Joint Commission accreditation processes.
She holds an RPA from BOMI, a CREW Network Leadership Certificate, and is a CPM Fast Track Candidate. Melissa is an active member of MNCREW, BOMA Minneapolis, and IREM, volunteering as Co-Chair of MNCREW’s Growth and Community Outreach Committee and serving on BOMA Minneapolis’ Communications Committee.
