About Ben
Ben Hinke brings over 12 years of commercial and residential real estate accounting experience to Inventure, with a background spanning property preservation, institutional management, and private ownership groups across multiple asset classes.
He began his career in accounting for a property preservation company servicing distressed assets before joining CBRE, where he led a team supporting clients primarily in the New York City market. Prior to Inventure, Ben served as Accounting Manager for a Twin Cities-based multifamily investment group, overseeing financial reporting across a large portfolio of entities. As Property Controller at Inventure, Ben leads financial reporting and treasury functions, delivering accurate, timely insights and transparency to ownership and investors.
He holds a BBA in Accounting and an MBA and is passionate about building efficient, scalable financial operations that drive value for investors and partners.
