Today the Inventure properties portfolio is comprised of approx. 45 buildings in the Commercial/Industrial sector with AUM of approximately $185 Million. Doug and the team have developed / constructed and continue to own / manage these assets for the stakeholders with a goal to create a $1 Billion dollar portfolio of properties over the next few years. We leverage those experiences and truly manage with an Owner’s hat on, since we act in that capacity on a daily basis giving us insight into budget management, construction means and methods and design application.
Doug’s role primarily consists of searching out new development opportunities, Investor Relations, mentoring staff and setting the course for the organization as it continues to grow and flourish.
