About Kathy
Kathy brings more than 30 years of leadership in accounting, financial management, and operational oversight across real estate development, construction, property management, and senior housing that instilled a lifetime passion for the real estate and construction industries. Known for her energetic, focused, and collaborative approach, she has led complex multi‑entity accounting operations, implemented enterprise‑level financial systems, and guided organizations through major financing, compliance reporting, and operational transitions.
Her background includes accounting and finance department oversight and management, full‑scale system implementations, treasury and risk management. Kathy has also overseen HR and safety coordination, and detailed financial reporting for owners, lenders, and external stakeholders.
Kathy’s experience spans corporate controller and CFO roles, property ownership and asset management, and relationship building with owners, tenants and lenders in the commercial real estate arena. She holds a degree in Accounting from the University of Minnesota,. and she believes that learning should continue for a lifetime.
