Acquired in 2017, this historic building was in significant disrepair, with its last major updates dating back to the mid-1950s, and required a complete restoration. Originally built in 1900 by A.G. Whitney, a pioneering developer who helped introduce electric and gas utilities to the St. Cloud area, the property carries notable local history. The renovation included replacing the lower granite façade with historically appropriate storefront glass. The second floor was custom built for JLG Architects as their St. Cloud office, and the first floor is fully renovated and move-in ready.
